At the inauguration, at the Grand Hotel in Rimini, the actress and director Enrico Vanzina together with Ventura and Terzi
"The public has always been my nourishment," confided the enchanting Stefania Sandrelli, special guest of the first installment of La Terrazza della Dolce Vita, a series conceived and hosted by Simona Ventura and Giovanni Terzi, at the Grand Hotel in Rimini. Together with Enrico Vanzina, the beloved actress opened the exhibition on Alberto Sordi, mask of a stingy man, which also explores the unforgettable actor's relationship with Federico Fellini: "I only made one film with Sordi. I knew him well in 1965, and then we were great friends off the set, too," the actress recalled. "Sordi was very professional and rigorous, but when we were filming a scene, it was impossible not to laugh with him. And despite his reputation as a stingy man, he was very generous: he offered gargantuan dinners to everyone."
Stefania Sandrelli recalled cornerstones of her artistic career, such as Bernardo Bertolucci's The Conformist ("One of the greatest gifts I've received in my career") and Tinto Brass's The Key. And on the sofa at the Grand Hotel, she reminisced about an evening several summers ago: "Gino Paoli, my daughter's father, was singing in Milano Marittima, and we had booked a small hotel there, but then we came to dinner right here in Rimini. And seeing how wonderful this hotel was, we decided to change plans and spend the night there. Returning today is a new, special feeling."
